By accessing vibe-studio.xyz or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Vibe Studio sells digital visual assets, including individual high-resolution images, curated image collections, and inspiration asset packs. All products are digital and delivered as downloads; nothing is shipped physically.

All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

After successful payment you will receive access to download your purchase, usually instantly and by email. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.

Unless an extended or exclusive license is purchased, your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal and standard commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files, or make them available for download by others.

All images, collections, and packs remain the intellectual property of Vibe Studio. Buying a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying copyright.

You may not use our products in any unlawful, defamatory, or infringing way, resell the files as your own stock, or use them in a manner that falsely implies endorsement by Vibe Studio.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and are delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once the order is placed. The only exceptions are a technical problem that prevents you from downloading your file, or a duplicate or incorrect charge — in those cases, email support@vibe-studio.xyz within 14 days and we will make it right.

Our products and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vibe Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
